   July 2024 already shows alarming rates of CoViD...here in NL waste water samples indicate wave 14 of covid...However-in NL-we did see extreme high-by far the highest-waste water viral load at the end of 2023...and it did NOT bring that much more (serious) CoViD cases...
For now Mpox clade 1B seems to be contained in Africa...over 20,000 cases-over 1,000 deaths...most in children. Very likely contact/droplet spread...maybe even "aerosol" spread...

The difference between "droplet" and "aerosol" spread is with droplets-small viral parts (relative heavy) stay around an infected person. 6 feet-2 meters may be enough to offer a lot of protection...

Aerosol spread does see (lighter) viral parts "all over the place"...Ventilation may lower the viral load. Masks/glasses (eye protection) may be needed if an infected person is spreading a "serious disease" via aerosols...

H5N1 is another disease to watch-has several "clades/variants"...Case Fatality Ratio (CFR) is put high...but very likely a lot of H5N1 infections may be missed...Very likely H5N1 is "worse" then a "normal flu"...(killing between 400,000 and 600,000 people world wide each year) but-again- like with the Spanish Flu co-infections matter...

"Flu-Rona" -a co-infection of CoViD with -a type of- flu may push up the CFR...

So it would be welcome to test people further after finding CoViD or Flu...one disease does not rule out more diseases...CoViD is undermining immunity...so it is increasingly likely to bring other diseases...
