Of course some of the spread of diseases is via contact...washing hands may help ! 
For STD/Sexual Transmitted Diseases-think before you do may be wise...Lots of diseases are spread via sexual contact !

Getting informed , taking matters/diseases serious is the start of protection. 

Measles most of the time does NOT kill...however-just like flu etc. it CAN kill !

CoViD may bring long term health issues..."post viral diseases" however are not very well understood.
