DL-"Modern neo-liberalism" in Europe does see "vision" as a dirty word.
Privatize everything-the government goal is to maximize profits...that is about it... Everything "public" means tax...and "tax" is "communism"-insanity ! Untill around 1990 the "Rhineland model" did see a balance between governments and companies. "Beating communism" ended that balance... Privatizing health insurance - for profits NOT !!!! public health- was the "ideal"...DJ-One of the reasons why we see an increase in pandemic risks is lack of public healthcare !
