The UK Anti-Muslim, Anti-Immigrant riots show no sign of subsiding. Britain's Prime Minister, Keir Starmer, has come up with an action plan to tackle the violence. But he is facing staunch opposition from the billionaire Elon Musk, who has criticised Starmer's approach.
Meanwhile some former British colonies like Australia, Malaysia, Nigeria and India have issued advisories to their citizens in the UK as the violence continues unchecked.
DJ, my view; In many western countries "government/politics" have lost contact with society...A "political elite" is living in their own world/reality...A lot of voters do NOT feel represented...
A few months ago climate activists in the UK did see years of prison for non-violent protests...
When governments fail to solve problems-often make matters worse-you end up with all kinds of protests...
It is VERY UNWELCOME to attack refugees, Muslims, Jews etc. It is part of a "divide and rule" game -NOT solving any problem but keeping the political elite out of criticism...
Again-the UK (organized) riots are a symptom of a "political disease" that also made CoViD-19 into a pandemic...If the only thing that matters is profit at the end no one will accept such a system...
