If this was any other country but the US we would be reporting these happenings as a potential problem for public health delivery. We do not make any exceptions for the US. We have reported these types of events for Egypt, China, Russia...to name just a few. - We follow the general political situations around the world as they are the basis for the various countries' public health platforms. Generally there is a correlation between an unstable political situation and a poor public health performance. There are many links to this major news. Here is just one. Please google for more. Biden drops out of presidential race and endorses Harris to be nominee DJ, Of course the US is a "major global player" and funding lots of wars...So political chaos in the US goes much further then (US) healthcare... Again-the world NEEDS TO KNOW WHO IS RUNNING THE US !!!! The present chaos is totally unacceptable ! It will "weaken" the US-and divide "the west".
