   DJ, Very likely India may be correct to claim ISI/Pakistan is involved in Kashmir terrorism. Pakistan has a point in its claim India is occupying and terrorizing Muslims in Kashmir. Replacing the local population with Hindu from other areas to make Kashmir more part of India.

My view; Kashmir can be a very rich country. It could be of benefit for ALL of South Asia. Both Pakistan and India may have to accept creating an independent Kashmir may be the only "workable way" out. 

NOT solving that question did do both countries a lot of damage. It is a wound being torn open again and again...
