Donald Trump is threatening to impose an additional tariff of 50% on China.
Does this continued waterfall of threats to bomb, sanction, or arrest come from a position of power or, on the other hand, acknowledgement of one's weakness on the evolving, multipolar international scene?
DJ, NATO is divided;

-US-trump-seems not to know what he wants; pull back from UKraine ? Start "his own" war with Iran ? Fight a trade war with the rest of the world ? 
Very likely a lot of tax money was used to "stabalize" the US stock market-saving the billionaires...

-EU ends up in a war they did not want in UKraine...May start talks with China on a joined reaction on trumpf-tariffs-insanity...

-UK finds itself in between the EU and US...British RollsRoyce aircraft engines are a major export product to a.o. Boeing...EU buying more UK weapons may replace decrease of trade with the US...

-Türkiye-still in NATO...but also in Syria...trying to avoid ending in chaos. Civil war may be a real risk in Türkiye...with also a history of military coups...

The joined press conference of trumpf and netanyahu is cancelled...US restarting talks in Oman with Iran. 

DJ, The US is isolated in its plans for a war with Iran. Other western countries may be even strongly AGAINST such plans...It could even worsen the Türkiye-US relations to a level the second largest NATO army (Turkish) fights the largest one (US)...

Maybe some sense ended up in US führer trumpf his head ?
