DJ, The UK sheep was on a mixed farm with also infected poultry...it still does NOT explain how the sheep did get the virus (and symptoms-or only via testing of the sheep milk ?) 

It is impossible to test all possible infected mammals for all kinds of flu (H5N5 also in the UK, H7, H9...)

Looking at how "politics" is worsening climate problems and wars I do not see ANY reason for optimism on "government action" to stop worsening public health...In fact defunding public health for more (NATO expansion/saving US$) wars seems to be the normal insanity...supported still by a lot of voters...
