1. Go for https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joint_venture or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joint_venture ...If a non-Greenland company wants to "invest" in Greenland 51-80% odf the shares for the Greenland-activity remain in Greenland hands...So Greenlanders can decide where profits go...a part may go to a foreign investor...part may go to the Greenland joint venture company, part goes to Greenland community...

2. Diversify as much as possible the investors...If you are not strong you have to be clever...The US military refused to leave Greenland in 1945-Denmark could do nothing...

If a joint venture does not follow agreements it may be time to switch partner...If a US company "gives a big mouth" replace that US company with a Norwegian, Japanese, German one...So one company may fight another company-saving Greenland that fight...

3. Greenland has to make plans on its future, create an enviroment for investments they want...Not wait for investors to come up with ideas...Do you want hotels or cruise ships or both ? And where ? The Greenland ice-cap crowded like the Mount Everest ? 

4. Limit plans in time...mass tourism can bring in a lot of money...but also a lot of chaos/disease/drugs/crime...So-say after 5/10 years a new decission may be needed...

5. Buy know-how, from legal matters to mining...Even Denmark may not have all the needed know how...
