DJ, rapid decline of immunity CoViD linked ? China did claim it limited the number of CoViD cases (both by masks/NPI and massive vaccination campains). 

There were limited H3N3, H5N6 stories from China...It may be even more complex then in 2019 at the start of the CoViD pandemic. 

DJ, january 29 is the Chinese New Year-with lots of travel....Maybe limitations may hint to where what is happening...High disease area's harder to go to/from ?
