It should be a clear trigger to immediately diversify SNS holdings. Fewer than 1M doses of baloxavir held, w/ 12+ mo lead to make more.
Did mutation appear pre or post oseltamivir treatment? Is this NA mutation also in #H5N1 from pigs & from human case in Canada? Glad baloxavir & IV antivirals were available for Canada, timing is a factor on their effectiveness.
