The American real estate development company Bayrock, through which Donald Trump constructed hotels and apartment complexes, used Dutch letter box companies in a network suspected of being involved in money laundering. A ZEMBLA investigation suggests that Bayrock siphoned off $1.5 million dollars by setting up a corporate structure in the Netherlands in 2007. In New York, Bayrock also stands accused of large-scale tax fraud. This incriminating information could place Donald Trump in an extremely difficult position, claims attorney F. Oberlander, who is prosecuting Bayrock on behalf of the State of New York: “The maximum jail term would be 30 years. So you’re in really serious trouble.”
In 2005, Donald Trump became 18% owner of an hotel-condominium known as Trump SoHo. Bayrock, the other owner, is accused of perpetrating fraud on a grand scale through, among other things, Trump SoHo. According to US law, this means that Trump is jointly liable for Bayrock’s criminal activities. Oberlander concludes:
“Anybody running a business through a pattern of crime is guilty of racketeering. Anybody knowing what they’re doing and are helping is guilty of racketeering conspiracy. They go to jail.”

DJ, denying problems and making others pay is part of the trump-way of life...

Expert on Fascism Has a CHILLING Warning About What Comes Next

Timothy Snyder, a historian and author of ‘On Tyranny,’ recently announced his decision to leave America due to rising authoritarianism. He also reacted to Trump’s defiance of the Supreme Court by warning that it marks the beginning of a new era of “state terror” in the United States, where the government coerces people through the selective enforcement of laws and by repudiating former legal norms. In this video we’ll breakdown his warning about this phase we’re entering in and discuss what it means for Americans.

DJ, Unbalanced "capitalism/neo-liberalism" HAS to end in fascism;
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fascism or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fascism ;
Fascism (/ˈfæʃɪzəm/ FASH-iz-əm) is a far-rightauthoritarian, and ultranationalist political ideology and movement,[1][2][3] characterized by a dictatorial leader, centralized autocracymilitarism, forcible suppression of opposition, belief in a natural social hierarchy, subordination of individual interests for the perceived good of the nation or race, and strong regimentation of society and the economy.[2][3]

Opposed to Marxismdemocracyanarchismpluralismfree marketsegalitarianismcommunismliberalism, and socialism,[4][5] fascism is at the far right of the traditional left–right spectrum.[6][5][7]

DJ, What a lot of people in "the west" do NOT want to know is that "fascism like believes" are very mixed in, in western culture...

You can not have colonialism if you see the population in the colonized area as equal. The idea of "western superiority" is a poisones mix of religion and "nation building".

Both reagan and tatcher were good friends with fascist Chile dictator pinochet...reagan financed contra-fascists killing small farmers in Nicaragua...Apartheid-South Africa backed  fascist "rebel" groups in former Portugal colonies...

Under tatcher the UK did work with/use "proestant militia" killing very likely several hundreds of "pro-IRA catholics" in (occupied) Northern Ireland...She also tried to brake trade unions in what came close to a civil war in a minersstrike, race riots...

France has its own fascist history...for Spain, Portugal, Italy, Romania, Hungary, Germany the fascist past is not far away...Also NL, Scandinavia tries to hide "dark pages"...

So-the bad news-trump is both in time and place not an exception. A lot of the "west"-and in a lot of the past-fascism "was around"...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrorism_Confinement_Center or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrorism_Confinement_Center ;

The Terrorism Confinement Center[a] (SpanishCentro de Confinamiento del Terrorismo, abbreviated as CECOT) is a maximum security prison in TecolucaEl Salvador. The prison was built in late 2022 amid a large-scale gang crackdown in the country. The Salvadoran government opened the prison in late January 2023, and it began housing inmates the following month.

As of 11 June 2024, CECOT had a population of 14,532 inmates. With a capacity for 40,000 inmates, CECOT is the largest prison in Latin America and one of the largest in the world by prisoner capacity. In March 2025, the Salvadoran government incarcerated over 200 deportees that the second Donald Trump administration alleged were Venezuelan gang members. The Salvadoran government has allowed selected news outlets access to tour the prison and it has been featured in several videos published on social media by president Nayib Bukele. CECOT is controversial, receiving praise for its detention of alleged gang members and criticism for alleged human rights abuses, including overcrowding, lack of due process, and inhumane conditions.

DJ, "private prisons-for profit" in itself is sick...Further outsourcing prisoners/asylum seekers to Rwanda (UK), El Salvador (US) -away from government control- is against international law.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deportation_of_Kilmar_Abrego_Garcia or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deportation_of_Kilmar_Abrego_Garcia ;

Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia[a] is a citizen of El Salvador who was illegally[8] deported from the United States on March 15, 2025, in what the Trump administration called "an administrative error."[9] He was subsequently imprisoned without trial in the Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT), a maximum-security prison in El Salvador, despite never having been charged with or convicted of a crime in either country.[10][11] His lawyers argue that his imprisonment is part of an agreement to detain U.S. deportees there in exchange for payment,[12][13] a claim that was confirmed by U.S. senator Chris Van Hollen, who had spoken with Félix Ulloa, El Salvador's vice president.[14] The administration has defended the deportation in the press by accusing him of membership in the MS-13 gang, a U.S.-designated terrorist organization—an accusation based on a bail determination made during a 2019 immigration court proceeding, which Abrego Garcia contested.
-
The U.S. government's acknowledgment of the deportation error has sparked significant legal and political debate, raising concerns about the efficacy and fairness of U.S. immigration laws and procedures. The Atlantic reports that the standard course for the government to deport someone with protected status would be to reopen the case and introduce new evidence arguing for deportation. The newspaper quotes an unnamed government attorney remarking on the government's actions in Abrego Garcia's case as "What. The. ."[24]

Trade unions

Abrego Garcia's deportation resulted in significant public activism from both his local union, International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers (SMART) Local 100, and the SMART International Union.[115] SMART General President Michael Coleman said the following in response to his deportation: "In his pursuit of the life promised by the American dream, Brother Kilmar was literally helping to build this great country. What did he get in return? Arrest and deportation to a nation whose prisons face outcry from human rights organizations. SMART condemns his treatment in the strongest possible terms, and we demand his rightful return."[116]

Media commentators

Journalist Mark Joseph Stern opined, "Abrego Garcia's deportation was unambiguously illegal".[117]

On April 14, Jon Stewart stated on the The Daily Show regarding the situation of keeping Abrego Garcia at CECOT and not returning him to the United States:

Can I honestly tell you? Like, they're enjoying this, like the two of them: our president, their president, [they're like], "I can't do it. I guess we'll just have to let him rot in prison, even though he didn't deserve to be there." [...] I know [Trump and Bukele] don't care about this guy [...] but somebody else cares about this person, and you just randomly, with no evidence that you'll show anybody, call him a terrorist.[118]

El Salvador

President Bukele tweeted in March that his response to a headline stating "Fed judge orders deportation flights carrying alleged Venezuelan gangbangers to return to the U.S., blocks Trump from invoking Alien Enemies Act" (which included the flight carrying Abrego Garcia), was "Oopsie... Too late 😂."[119][120]

DJ, Blaming Muslims & Migrants for policy failures...blaming China for CoViD..denial of other health, climate issues...Sadly not only a US crime...lots of western countries go that way...
