   DL-"Modern neo-liberalism" in Europe does see "vision" as a dirty word. 
Privatize everything-the government goal is to maximize profits...that is about it...
Everything "public" means tax...and "tax" is "communism"-insanity !

Untill around 1990 the "Rhineland model" did see a balance between governments and companies. "Beating communism" ended that balance...

Privatizing health insurance - for profits NOT !!!! public health-  was the "ideal"...DJ-One of the reasons why we see an increase in pandemic risks is lack of public healthcare !

	In the US over 1 million households face bankruptcy because of medical costs...In the UK sick-pay is 30% of the last income...So ill people still go to their jobs-spreading diseases... When I/we look at "climate discussions" lots of empty words only made matters much worse...The goal of climate talks is to keep fossil fuel profits going... Wars are another way to create income/profits...never mind the killing...As long as it is Muslims, Black people getting killed-far away- the west puts profits above human lives... YES !!! Vaccines can save millions of lives-they may have saved millions of lives in the ongoing CoViD-pandemic. But western "Big Pharma" has the goal of maximizing profits...NOT to save lives...(that is just an extra !) Lots of other (BRICS+) countries see "big pharma" as strategic. Have it -one way or the other- under state/government control. (State owned or the state 51% of the shares).

	We can NOT get out of the ongoing-worsening- global healthcrisis if we keep "Big Pharma" in private hands with profits as the only -real- goal ! One of the reasons why many people did NOT get vaccinated-worldwide-against CoViD was they could not pay for it... China, Cuba-Iran, India, South Africa, Russia did provide vaccines for free...but with over 8.1 billion people they also run to limits... The west-via donors- managed to get millions to private companies to buy vaccines...Costs of those vaccines may have been lots of times the cost of BRICS+ vaccines... Here in NL we once had state owned -limited- vaccine production. It had to be privatized...out of neo-liberal blind insanity/ideology... Here in NL we are in the worst housing crisis since 1945...thanks to neo-liberalism...Public transport too expensive for many...So we now have a record 9 million+ cars poluting the air...

	The idea of "public things" came up in the 19th century...It would be welcome to see workers getting older then 20...The "Industrial Revolution" had a lot of workers living in terrible housing conditions close to the factories working up to 80 hours a week... In the worst cases workers hardly did get old enough to "reproduce"...Shortage of workers would mean increase of wages... Both trade unions and human rights ideas did bring "social improvements". The "revolution risks" pushed progress even further... To end cholera open sewers had to be history...a right of clean drinking water...Putting lots of people in one room-wet when it rains-had to end by making housing rules... (We had older housing rules...the number of windows on the streetside, a frontdoor-did increase (urban) tax. So "the rich" could show "their success").

	If we want to get out of the global health crisis (very much linked to the also worsening climate disasters) we need a global health plan ! If we can waste trillions of $/€ on insane wars there is money to fight diseases ! It is NOT acceptable a lot of countries still have ONE doctor per 100,000+ of population ! It is NOT acceptable rich countries are now " importing" health care workers from countries we kept poor...so the "poor global South" even has less medical staff ! It is NOT acceptable we keep offering free travel to all kinds of diseases "worldwide" because a rich elite "needs holidays" in countries they keep poor! TAX THE RICH OR DIE !!!!

	I rather see men kissing eachother then killing eachother ! But somehow men kissing other men are supposed to be killed on the basis of man-made "religions". People claiming to speak in the name of "a god" telling other people what to do, who to hate and where to put their money.... In my view religion is a mental illness ! As long as "believers" limit their hate (in the name of a "god of love") to people with other ideas I have to accept/tolerate it... Disease is NOT a punishment of "the gods"! Praying does not end/solve healthissues ! (meditation/stresscontrol may contribute to well being). We are now spending trillions per year on men killing other men...Thousends of fighters getting killed each day...only a few making profits out of that... One goal may be a "maximum wealth rule". If you have 10(0) million US$/€ that should be enough ! You do not need more...you also do not deserve more ! Most hard working people start poor and stay poor ! One of the "old ideals" was to provide a lot of "public services" to limit poverty. It can also limit pandemics... Education should be free ! For all ! Around the world ! No matter what age ! Knowledge is part of human heritage-it is from and for ALL of us ! Not just a rich elite ! If we want to "import health care workers" from "countries we keep poor"-so we do not have to pay HCW-ers a better salary. At least start educating the so much younger people in countries we kept poor... Migration is part of human history ! Or do we want to return the Americas, Australia, New Zealand to the people that lived there before "the European invasion" ? Somehow fascist/racist "populist politicians" get widespread public support. They send a message of hate towards "all that are different"....This is NOT the answer !
